He is survived by: his wife Ruth Sargent Blanchard; his daughters, Sharon Braman (Jeffrey) of Cortland and JoAnne Collins (Michael) of Homer; his grandchildren, Melissa Weaver (Pete), Matthew Welsh (Jill), Patrick Braman (Lacey) and Jaclyn Braman; his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Briggs Welsh; and his brother James Blanchard of Cincinnatus. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
