He was predeceased by: his parents, John Humpleby and Ruth Humpleby; his wife Nancy; his son Bill; and his brother Chuck.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Morrell (Scot), Cathy Tanzella (Mike) and Debbie Hamilton (Jon); his daughter-in-law Beth Menyhart; and his sister-in-law Patricia Humpleby. He is also survived by eight granddaughters; a grandson; a great-granddaughter; a niece, 2 nephews and many cousins.
