She is survived by: her children, Patricia Pendergast (David) and Thomas H. O'Connor IV (Nancy); her grandchildren, Tiffany Carro (Steve), Mathew Pendergast, Thomas O'Connor V and Taylor O'Connor; and her great grandchild Henry Carro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
