Middleton of Cicero, New York, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Middleton and Dorothy Middleton (White); and his sisters, Karen Milligan and Patty McMichael. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Middleton (Backus); his sons, Charles D. (Laura Petralia) and Michael J. Middleton (Margaret); his grandchildren, Taylor, Michael, Joshua, Alicia, Chuck, Maggie and Jonathon; his sisters, Tami Conroy, Kathy LeCount and Linda Lawton; his siblings-in-law, Danford Backus and Diana Smith; and his cousin Kathy Varre. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
