With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theodore Kosciolek (Churchville, New York), born in Batavia, New York, who passed away on October 26, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theodore Kosciolek to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Kosciolek (Burgen); and his daughter Christine Whitfill. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Kosciolek; his children, Stacey Lackner, Kathy, Mary and Peter Kosciolek; and his stepchildren, Jacquie Schur, Chuck and Gary Burgen. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a loving extended family.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Church (11 N Main St, Churchville, NY 14428). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery N. Main (11 N Main St, Churchville, NY 14428).
