He was predeceased by: his son David; his parents, Hartland and Edith; his brother Norman; and his nephew Daniel Coates.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his daughters, Diane Wilkinson (Jed) and Karen Franchot (Michael); his grandchildren, Robert, Holly Wilkinson and Ruby Franchot; his sister Irene Cotes of Rochester; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Coates of Williamson, Lois Petote of Elba and Roy Bubb of Holley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent DePaul Church (11 N Main St, Churchville, NY 14428). A Mass was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Church (11 N Main St, Churchville, NY 14428). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 12:15 PM at the St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery N. Main (11 N Main St, Churchville, NY 14428).
In lieu of flowers, Dolores will accept donations to David's Scholarship Fund.
