He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Miller and Rosa Lee Miller; and his sister-in-law Jacqueline Miller. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Miller; his sons, Sean Miller (Hillary) and Justin Miller; his grandchildren, Madelyn and Nicholas Miller; his siblings, Lloyd Miller, Linda Bernard (Allyn) and Denise Votaw (David); and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
