He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Kosciolek (Gawron) and Ted Kosciolek; his sister Christine Whitfill; and his friend Danny Taylor. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Kosciolek (Bill Vining), Stacey Lackner (Warrick) and Mary Kosciolek (Mike Laubach); his brother-in-law Jody Whitfill; and his nieces and nephews, Nikki Kosciolek, Brittney Collins (Cameron Adjout), Logan Whitfill, Annika Lackner, Mason Lackner and Ty Vining. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
