He was predeceased by: his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife Alta; his children, Terry Howie and Craig (Deborah); and his nephew Randy Bovee (Deborah). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
