He is survived by: his nephew Sean; his great-nephew Zack; his grandson Lukas; his wife Janice; his daughter Christina Cozan (Markus Kunz); his grandson Liam; his close friend Amy Chung; his siblings, Terry Cozan, Patty Pierce (Bob), Trudy Cozan-Strenk (Vinnie) and Kathy Gala (Mike); his sister-in-law Kim Mills (Steve); and his aunt Doris Smith. He is also survived by several cousins; several nieces and nephews; great nieces & nephews and several wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
