He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ralph, John and Charlie. He is survived by: his wife Elsie (Bohlayer); his daughter Linda Allyn-Welborn (Patrick); his brother Raymond Allyn (Jean); his daughter Donna Antonellis; his grandchildren, Gia Burton (Mark), Cari Lehman (Dan), Tony Antonellis, Chelsea Welborn and Trevor Welborn; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Allyn (Mason) and Rosemary Cohick (Ron). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; several devoted caregivers & friends.
