He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Merrill Osborne and Leona Osborne; his wife Dawn Cesarini-Brown; his children, Debra Jones (Charles) of Oneida, Tammy Haley (Gregory) of Fayetteville, Sherri Chevier (Matt) of Oneida, Scott Osborne (Katherine) of Canastota and Wesley Osborne, Jr. (Rick) of Chittenango; his siblings, Ronald Osborne (Nancy) of Kentucky, John Osborne (Judyann), Diane Baker of Canastota and William Osborne; his daughter Amanda Osborne; his granddaughter Jessica Froelick (Jones); and his close friend Bella LaDue. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and growing, nieces, nephews and cousins.
