It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose D. Barlow (Chittenango, New York), born in Davenport, New York, who passed away on January 2, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Barlow; and her daughter-in-law Susan V. Barlow. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Barlow Jr. of Glen Aubrey, NY, Elizabeth Nemitz (Walter) of Frankfort and Theresa Mekeel (George) of Cortland; and her sister Alvina Teter of Oneonta. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

All attendees are required to wear face masks.
