He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Winters and Eleanor Winters (Ripka); and his children, Roy Paul and Josie Paul. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Kathleen Barker; his children, David Paul of Whitelaw, Joseph Paul of Lake Worth, FL, Luann (Robert Bargabos), Lori Winters of Cicero and Robin Ackerman (Laurie Winters) of Canastota; his stepchildren, Kelly Mussmacher of Oppenhiem, NY, Eric, Jenn Mussmacher of Ilion, Heather and John Levellie of Little Falls; and his brothers, Chris (Janet Winters) and Martin Winters of Edgewater, FL. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
