With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond J. Donath Jr. of Chittenango, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on April 23, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sr. Donath and Eleanor Donath (Noyce); and his sisters, Marilyn and Elaine. He is survived by: his spouse Tama Jean Holmes; his sons, Raymond Hewitt of Syracuse and Eric Hewitt; his stepchildren, Thomas Wallis of Texas, Corey Wallis of Peterboro, Ryan Holmes of Fulton, Codey Wallis of Texas, Dakota Wallis, Smith of Texas, Austin Trudell of Mexico, Jamie Brown of Arkansas, Amanda Moore of Kentucky, Mary Wallis of Eaton, Victoria Wallis of Canastota, Ashley Holmes Wallis of Syracuse and Cheyenne Trudell of Mexico; his sister Judy Bogan of West Monroe; and his friend Douglas Stevens of Canastota. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
