With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Bassett (Chittenango, New York), born in Ogdensburg, New York, who passed away on April 17, 2018 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Harry Smith; and her husband Richard Bassett. She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Smith; her sons, Richard Bassett (Ruth McDonald) of Manlius, Andrew Bassett of Alexandria, VA and David Bassett (Ann Easter) of Alexandria Bay; her sister Elizabeth Smith of Canton; her grandchildren, Ryan Bassett and Haley Bassett; and her great grandchild Adalee Geariety. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
