She was predeceased by: her parents, Balz Schwitter and Elizabeth Schwitter; her husband Warner Durfee; her daughter Meg Vandermolen; and her siblings, Francis Schwitter, David Schwitter, Barbara Lisk, Robert Schwitter, Janet Engle, Alice Ketcham, Carl Schwitter, Mary Jones and Kathryn Creighton.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Townsend (Doug), Doug Durfee (Erika), Steve Durfee (Mary Lou), Beth Taylor and Jean Durfee (Lisa Landry); her daughter-in-law Nancy Vandermolen; and her siblings, James Schwitter (Shirley), Doris Schwitter and John Schwitter (Carol). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
