It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion A. Ramsdell of Chittenango, New York, born in Madison, New York, who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney "Dewey" Chase and Blanche Fisher Chase; her spouse Marion Ramsdell; her daughters, Brenda Ramsdell and Cherie Barker; her son-in-law Michael Barker; her great great grandchildren, Tyler Evans and Jake Russ; and her sisters, Betty McIntosh and Margaret Cook.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Spadter (Leonard) of Sherrill, Lynn Dunn of Canastota and Renee Lohr (Robert) of Higginsville; and her grandchildren, Lisa Ross (Mike), Leonard Spadter, Jill Evans (Wayne), Keith Miller (Tracy), Karen Lastine (Bob), Kathy Moore, Daniel Dunn, Kelly Sullivan and David Vanderwerken (Ashlie). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Over the years, Marion was employed with Green Thumb, the American Cancer Society, Oneida Daycare Center and Stoneleigh Apartments.
