He is survived by: his mother Rose DeVita; his children, Scott DeVita of East Peoria, IL and Christine Kimberly (Christopher) of Chittenango; his sisters, Elena DeVita of East Syracuse, Patricia Kinney (Bud) of Chittenango and JoAnn Frink of Chittenango; his former wife Cheryl DeVita of Chittenango; his grandchildren, Shawna Kimberly, Tony DeVita, Samantha DeVita and Michael Kimberly; and his great grandchildren, Reese and Rayna Schmidt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
