He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Armstrong; his son James F. Armstrong of Chittenango; his siblings, Gary Southard of Oxnard, CA., Andrea Armstrong of Phoenix, AZ. and Eileen Eckel of Baldwinsville; his friends, Scott Worthley, T. J. and Scott Barrett; and his pet Saffy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
