He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bailey and Betty Bailey; his brothers, Chuck and Patricia; and his brother-in-law Maureen.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Dwyer Bailey; his children, Todd Bailey and Tar; his brothers, Dan (Maureen), Tim (Margaret) and Mark; his brothers-in-law, Dan Dwyer (Laurie) and Phil Bailey; and also, Tripoli, Jack and Gregory. He is also survived by his 16 nieces and nephews.
