Van Deusen Jr. (Pamela); his grandchildren, Otis Clark, Allison Irwin, Michael Van Deusen, Amy Allen, Samatha Stone, Heath Stone, Kori Hood, Eric Thelen and Teri Thelen; and his friend JoAnn Wisner. He is also survived by his family, friends.
