He is survived by: his wife Donna Hoffman; his children, Ronald Hoffman (Jean) and Michele Hoyt (Jim) of Pickerington; his siblings, Larry Hoffman of Pennsylvania and Judy Olmsted of Kirkville; his grandchildren, Brandon, Katie Hoyt, Kacey, Adam Kramer and Taylor Hoffman; and his great grandchildren, Axyle and River Hoyt.
