He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Greene; his stepchildren, Laurie Regan (John) and Lisa Billington (Chris Mahon); his son-in-law Steven Billington; and his grandchildren, Shannon Atkins (TJ), Colleen Zieno (Patrick), John Regan III, Stephen and Lauren Billington.
