He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William R. Rainbow and Lois E. Rainbow; his children, Theresa, Laura (Stephen) and Douglas (Kathleen); the mother of his children Diana; his grandchildren, Ashley, Rachel, Kaitlin (Jorge), Erica, Sarah, Julia, Ella, Jack and Myah; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Xander, Maximilian, Ezequiel, Amorina and Luciana; his sister-in-law Thomas (Piper); and his friend Leonard. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum in honor of their founder Douglas Rainbow for a monument in dedication of his grateful service.
