He was predeceased by: his son Palmer Brown; his parents, David Brown and Lela Brown; and his brother-in-law Dave Niles. He is survived by: his wife Judith Brown; his children, Lisa Marshall (Steve) of Florida and Douglas Brown Jr. (Debbie) of Chittenango; his siblings, David (Mary) of Minnesota, Dick (Viv) of Syracuse, Tim of Chittenango, Mike (Mary) of North Carolina and Susan Case (Dick) of Canastota; and his children, Dennis Niles, Janet Niles and Pat Niles. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
