He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Mills and Helen Mills (Wake) of Central Square; and his brother Randy. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Bell (David), Virginia Sutherland (Jesse) and Rebecca Zuber (Richard); and his siblings, Eugene Mills of Florida, Cindy Clarke (Alson), Lori Fisher (Michael) and Richard Mills of Syracuse. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
