She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Chaltain and Hannah Chaltain. She is survived by: her husband Kevin R. Osgood; her children, Drew Chaltain and Nicole Keene (Andrew); her stepchildren, Kevin Osgood and Heidi Case; her siblings, Douglas, Bill Chaltain, Penny Diaz and Sandy Chaltain; her sister-in-law Patty Osgood; and her grandchildren, Hailey, Victoria, Kevin and Courtney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
