She is survived by: her mother Josephine C. Beck; her grandsons, Johnathon Fragale, Brandon Fragale (Tiana) and Joshua Fragale; and her sisters, Josephine Schiazza (George), Caroline Pantaleo (Mark), Patricia Riley (Michael) and Frances Glanville (David). She is also survived by her sons, daughter-n-law.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Charlotte E. Fragale's memory to the Chittenango Presbyterian Church or cancer research.
