She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Smith and Carl Smith; and her siblings, Jerry, Dick, Ron, Bill, Jeanne, Joan and Sharon.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Curtis; her children, Kimberly Mowers (Wayne), Michele Frye (William Wilcox), Pauline Vagg (Gary), John Curtis (Dana), Yvonne Brown (Dan), Bethanie Dougherty, William Curtis and Connie Dennis (Donald); and her sister Donna Storer. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of fresh flowers, the family is requesting that donations in Carolyn's memory be made to Hospice and Palliative Care, 4277 Middle Settlement Rd., New Hartford, NY.
