He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Simmons; his daughter Marilyn Woods Reynolds; his sisters, Joyce Powell and Dorothy St. John; his stepbrother Gary Simmons; and his son-in-law Mark Windhausen.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Woods; his children, Mary Reynolds (Gordon), Donna Compoli (John), Joyce Compoli (Pete), Marva Windhausen (Randy Howard), Patricia Leggett (Anthony), Carl Woods Jr. and Heavenly Reynolds; his son-in-law Gary Reynolds; and his sister Joanne Montpetit (Wayne). He is also survived by 21 grandkids.
