She was predeceased by: her daughter Lisa Robbins; and her brother Donald "Farmer" Brown. She is survived by: her husband Fred Whipple; her children, Denise Weisbrod (James), Lona Dahlem (Joe) and Rick Whipple; and her sister Doris Anthonson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
