He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tavernese and Frances Tavernese; and his siblings, Leonard, Frank and Frances Tornatore.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kinnetz; his son Dominick Tavernese of Cicero; and his brother Jospeh Tavernese (Delores) of Chittenango. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
