She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Bills and Dorothy Bills (King); and her brothers, Herbert and James Bills. She is survived by: her friend George "Willie" Millington; her daughter Jennifer Millington; her grandson Gavin Edwards; her sister Connie Coulman; her nephew Daniel Coulman; her nieces, Christina Ferguson (Todd), Sarah Winter (Eric) and Stacey Lewis (Tom); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan, Sabrina, Rebecca (Reba), Noah, Eli and Easton; and her pet Scrappy.
