He is survived by: his wife Margaret Tower; his daughters, Theresa, Bambi, Rhonda and Kerri Monroe; his grandchildren, Kelsey Cahill, Jordan Nieves, Natasha Sheppard, Landen McFarlane and Jaden Nieves; his great grandchild Penelope Preston; his stepchildren, Sherry Gay and Richard Chase; his stepgrandchildren, Aubrey Smith, Edward Smith, Aaron Wilton, Corey Gay, Alexander Gay, Hunter Chase, Savannah Chase, Jackson Chase and Cody Walker; his siblings, Aida Cleveland, Bernie and Donald Monroe; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Rising, Carrie Prosser (Gerald), Robin Hopkins, David Tower (Michelle), Ricky and Donald Tower. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
