It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Scalia (Chester, New York), who passed away on March 12, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Angela Scalia and Liboria Scalia; and his daughter Annalisa. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Scalia; his daughters, Angela, Aurelia and Alessandra; his sons-in-law, Larry Molinelli and Nick Romeo; his grandchildren, Vincent, Aria-Rose Molinelli, Peter Scalia and Nicholas Romeo; and his siblings, Rosa Curaba of Chester, NY, Anthony Scalia of Highland Mills and Vito Scalia of Monroe, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Flynn Funeral and Cremation Memorial Centers (139 Stage Rd, Monroe, NY 10950). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Columba R. C. Church (27 High St, Chester, NY 10918).
