He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Verbert and Hilda Becker Verbert; his wife Carmen Verbert; and his siblings, Charles Verbert and Louise Flynn.
He is survived by: his children, Joe Verbert, III (Cathy) and Mary Ann Brischoux (Claude); his grandchildren, Melissa Verbert, Joe W. Verbert (Stephanie) and Kevin Brischoux (Lyndsay); and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Emma Brischoux, Joseph Thomas and Addison Verbert. He is also survived by two stepchildren and three step granddaughters; and nieces and nephews.
