With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Kozlowski (Chester, New York), born in Lackawanna, New York, who passed away on September 7, 2019 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stetes and Mary Wengen; her husband Chester "Chet" Kozlowski; and her siblings, Alice Stetes and Albert Stetes.
She is survived by: her daughter Rosemary; her son-in-law Dr. Michael Black of Irvine, CA; her grandchildren, Laura Black Williams of Tustin, CA and Benjamin Black of Irvine, CA; and her great grandchildren, Luke and Levi Williams of Tustin, CA..
