She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Joyce and Charlotte Joyce (Boyle). She is survived by: her husband Joseph M. Poletynski; her sons, Steve (Lisa) and Jim (Diane); her grandchildren, Kate and Sean; her siblings, Tommy Joyce, Ginger McKinnon (Hugh) and Joe Joyce (Louise); and her sisters-in-law, Joan Sutton (Paul) and Jean Kithcart. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home (82 S Church St, Goshen, NY 10924). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Columba R. C. Church (27 High St, Chester, NY 10918). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Orange County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery (111 Craigville Rd, Goshen, NY 10924).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eileen's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
