It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David S. Bell of Chester, New York, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Seely Bell and Dorothy Bell; his wife Gayle; his son Gary; and his sister Shirley.
He is survived by: his daughter Gwen (Marvin); his siblings, Tom (Julie), Rich (Cathy) and Mabel (Morgan); his grandchildren, Nicole, Amy (Jay), Gary (Melissa), Jackie (Anthony), Brian and Katie; and his great grandchildren, Sara, Vincent and Tori.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM and at 11:30 AM. A burial was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Calendar Chester Community Cemetery (1 Hudson St, Chester, NY 10918).
