With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmen Hernandez of Chester, New York, who passed away on February 20, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Carmen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carmen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Carlos Hernandez Jr. Then; her grandchildren, Justin, Eric, Matthew, Vanessa, Nicole, Carmen and Carlos; and her great grandchild Sydney Rae Hernandez.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home (130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940).
