She is survived by: her children, Joseph Spina of Middletown, NY, Paul Spina (Wendy Spector-Spina) of Pomona, NY, William Spina (Dora Corelli) of Pomona, NY, Melanie Moore (Michael Moore) of Slate Hill, NY and Jill Spina Johnson of Middletown, NY.; her grandchildren, Ashley, Erin, Joe, Jesse, Mallory, Matthew, Corey, Valarie and Santino; and her great grandchildren, Izaiah, Alexander, Isabella and Savannah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's name to The American Legion, Disabled American Veterans or The Hudson Valley Food Bank.
