He is survived by: his mother Luella Mae Hoffman (Goodermote) of Cherry Plain; his sons, Gregory W. Hoffman (Traci Perrigo) of Stillwater and Theodore M. Hoffman (Jennifer) of Cherry Plain; his stepdaughters, Wendy DeRose and Renee Cardella; his grandchildren, Camren Hoffman, Tyler Hoffman, Nicholas DeRose, Courtney Fish (Nate), Hailey Deitz, Garbriella DeRose and Rachel DeRose; his great grandchild Carsyn Fink; his brother Guy Hoffman (Marie) of Cherry Plain; his pet Maggie Mae; and his granddaughter Katielynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
