He was predeceased by: his father John W Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Tina Samuelson; his children, Joshua Hamilton (Breanna) and Kyleen Young (Justin); his grandchildren, Kane Hamilton, Maci Hamilton and Asher Young; and his brother Robert Hamilton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
