He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandchildren, Brannon L. McDonald, Megan L. McDonald, Decil A. Kellam, Dillon M. R. Mica and Mallory N. Nason.

Johnny's family graciously requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made by check or money order to the following; Cherry Creek UMC- Children's Ministry.
