Pulliam; his grandchildren, Addison, Emma Borton, Brandee Pulliam-Dahl, Brayden Simmons and Braxton Pulliam; and his sisters, Linda Gustafson (Steve), Nancy Jones (Rob), Patricia Eckwahl (Barry) and Kathryn Borton. He is also survived by nieces' nephews and cousins.
