Lewis Jr. of Cherry Creek, Andrea Lewis (Jeremy Goldsmith) of Gerry and Alicia Lewis (Corey Bistoff) of Silver Creek; his grandchildren, Ryan, Rachel Webb, Cody Lewis, Zachary and Alexander Bistoff; and his sisters, Denise York (Wayne) of Cherry Creek, Dawn Green of Cassadaga and Dorene Gustafson of Cherry Creek.
