He is survived by: his parents, Thomas and Sandra; his wife Tina; his sons, Tommy and Tanner; his stepson Kevin; his daughters-in-law, Nikki, Kayla and Chase; his granddaughters, Mallory and Melanie; his siblings, Billy, Donnie and Christina; and also Louise Rose. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and lifelong friends.
