It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Armstrong (Chenango Forks, New York), who passed away on November 13, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Armstrong and Mary Armstrong; and his brother Joe. He is survived by: his close friend Joan; his brother Bill Armstrong; and his children, Rick (Karen), Dan, Tom (Andrea) and Pat. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
