He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hurley and Frances Hurley. He is survived by: his brother Christopher Hurley (Claudia); his nephew Russell Hurley; his niece Lindsey Hurley (John Landi); and his cousins, John, Kathleen, Mary, James and William.
